I gotta write a Wikipedia entry on this thing. It's the epitome of horny pre-teenagers getting a débauché. Going around the town to all known cute girls in your neighborhood and sprinkling them all over, guaranteed charges-free. How can this not have become a world-wide tradition, rivaling Santa and the Easter Bunny? After the age of 5 I was definitely looking more for "Sprinkling" than "Santa"
