Prenup is not foolproof either. Tiger Woods had a prenup before he married that Norwegian supermodel. Just before their divorce, she had the prenup terms renegotiated and he still got cleaned out.

These days if you take your condom off during sex without her consent it is considered rape.
But if she sperm jacks you from your used condom while you are not looking and impregnates herself then you are on the hook for decades of child support and she is not charged with anything.
