Hammer problems - Friday?

Anyone have hammer disconnect problems today (Friday). I keep getting disconnected like every 5 - 10 minutes. I know it's not on my end either because I've had Realtick running all day flawlessly...

I am on the SSL version of Hammer. It's my first day trading on this SSL verision. I hope SSL is as stable as Citrix has been for me....

Today, problems with DOT just before open, and came back a few min after open.

Last week also the same problem, but other firm said that the SIAC (dot connection) was back to normal 15 minutes before market open.

This really sucks for people who like to place premarket orders like myself..

Problem is they don't have any backups at all.
 
There are no problems with the SSL today. There are plenty of people trading on it. Why wouldnt you call the support desk to see what your problems are.
