Isn't that the same guy who surrounded himself with children (using the children as human shields) while hiding ???

If so, what happened to those children that were with him ?

Typically, Israel would send in a small elite force on the ground to take out a high-value target like that who is using children as human shields instead of using a missile (airstrike) / drone attack.
