I propose a two propaganda solution to the promised land lasting 40 years.
This solution would divide Gaza into three sections. In the most southerly section, furthest from Israel there can be a special area for the status quo, which is only Hamas propaganda. Any information that would decrease hatred for Israel and Jews would be censored. This would be for Gazans who want to continue to make hatred their gross domestic product (GDP) for another few generations.
Then there can be a middle section where both Hamas Jihadi info would still exist but also equally balanced by the availability of pro Israeli viewpoints. They can watch Al Jazera and the BBC on TV but if they don't watch an equal amount of pro Israeli TV or YouTube, they may have to move back to the hate hotbed in the south where the high birthrate is offset by so many honor killings of a lot of the daughters.
Then the most northerly section could be for Gazans who are sick and tired of Jihadi propaganda and actually censor it, allowing only pro Israeli channels to propagate over the airwaves and in schools ect.
Gazans in the most northerly section could then apply for citizenship in Israel on a 40 year fast track to the promised land. After proving, for 40 years, through various metrics, that they are loyal to the state of Israel, they can become citizens of the promised land. At that point they could buy back their old homestead, which they could do, even at higher prices, because without the desire for revenge, they might actually become good traders, so long as they don't fall for revenge trading to get back lost profits.
I'm sure there are some Israeli who could help them be better traders. For example, the funding firm The5%ers is Israeli based. Any Gazans, who could avoid the temptation for revenge trading, could be funded up to $4Milllion with a 100% payout split. The5%ers even have educational media that may get help their traders get better. After 40 years, if the north Gazans work together, and trade effectively, they might be able to buy whole cities like Tel Aviv, or pretty much anything they wanted between the Jordan and the Mediterranean.
