the one circling is saying there is a helicopter. the one beating his chest is saying help me. and the one on the ground is trying to get water i think without people knowing.

Awesome man, you should help this CNN reporter he is lost in the first few mins. He is like "at first I thought they were fighting, but they seem to be releasing energy... but it still seems like a dangerous situation.." he is as lost as i am.
