Guy Claiming To Sit On The Chicago Board Of Trade Gets Into A Drunken Fistfight

I have taking the metra many times and seen this unfold almost on a daily basis.

Part of the problem is that first of all, it is not always clear that there is a quiet car and you may inadvertently start jabbing away on the phone. And number two, some people are really crazy about the quiet car and "rules".
