That was me personally thinking them responsible, if they had told me he was not a member I would have not gone forward? and probably been able to warn our friends?

I have a letter from them posted Jan 09 that states Bolze/Cam/ATS was not and has not been a member.. yet we have evidence he had an application in that was accepted and a number, also that his daughter was in communication with them on the companies behalf.

The bankruptcy debacle between "Regions Finance" and the bolze estate is due to be heard next week in Knoxville, they are trying to get the mansion even though we the victims paid for it, they gave him and his wife a loan for it without due diligence its.seems

Because of his campaign donations and personal relationships with TN politicians, Bolze is running around free on "parole" with the money he stole stashed safely away while his clients file for bankruptcy.

What makes you think that favoritism and corruption has anything to do with democracy? Talk to someone who's lived in the middle east or asia if you really believe that.

The money the bank loaned him is as real as the money you invested with him. But I expect that the bank got Bolze to colateralaze the house as a condition of the loan. So the house will go to the bank up to the amount of the loan (plus expenses) and the rest will go to the bankruptcy trustee.

I hope Dennis rots in prison.
 
Did anyone read his blog? I thought he was the genuine thing in terms of trading. He came across as kind of an ass but i thought hey if he can trade......But he can't even do that.
When you read his blog he does come across as a loser. totally anti-Obama for one thing.
Makes me laugh. Although i never attended his workshops or gave money to him, i hope he gets raped in jail by Bubba.

Convicted Gatlinburg swindler Dennis Bolze has filed a proposal for making restitution to his victims, along with a renewed plea for a sentence lower than the recommended minimum of 27 years.

The plan is based on a computer-assisted trading program that Bolze was already working on at the time of his arrest and completed while he was in jail, Tollison said.

The program would be leased to a broker, who would use it with the broker's clients, while Bolze's victims would be paid royalties from the program.
