Interesting, I gave the exact same link, but my link says it was a hoax! :)

mine too.

exactly. bolze "claims" it was a hoax to the reporter. since his riches coming from the lottery would damage his credibility as a trader/businessman--ofcourse he would claim hoax--right??

who knows the truth???

Seriously, the naivity of some people on this site never stops to amaze me...

You really believe it that anyone with 73 million needs to be trading, not to mention using other people's money?

Absolutely, most all of the big lotto winners are broke again within 10 years after winning.

Most states require large lottery winners to appear in public for promotional purposes - if he actually won, everyone would know it. I'd be more interested to know where he is right now.

I think Nkhoi was right, but we can only guess.

OK, let's see how this would work:

I have a couple of million to invest and the trader claims to have won 100 million. My questions:

1. Why do you still trade if you have so much money and why do you need my money to trade?

2. If you lost your lottery money (for whatever reason) in a few years, why would I trust you with my own money?

See? It simply just doesn't work. It could work in a madoff-kind of way that he claims he doesn't need investors because he has enough money and he does you a favour to let you invest with him. But still, there are no good answers to my questions...
So as a scamming device the hoax doesn't really work....

Guys, not one public article about the guy has mentioned that he actually won the lottery...you are wasting your time discussing this.

We know that and you are wasting your time to point it out! :)

P.S.: I was just explaining to Surf how unlikely the lottery win was.
