guilt of all market participants from 401k investor to daytrader

It's funny how I dont feel guilty at all. Just the opposite. I know how tough it is to make it and if I am part of that elite group then I would be so proud of myself.

The way I look at it is I am providing the entertainment to the gamblers.

guys guys guys , I have one thing to add, people deserve everything they got and will get
watching some of you guys protect the status quo with your ignorance
is like watching Stockholm syndrom :D

goodbye

that is certainly one way to look at it, and I respect that

Sorry, but I don't paper trade.

I think you do, any person capable of trading profitably would be smart enough not to put forth childish arguments you put forth

people are running their car on 50% water, and they explain how it works

but you aren't even able to find that by using google

go to www.google.com

and type in information you want to find

but to me at least its pretty obvious that most traders are not philosophers at the same time, its a shame in my opinion

Philosophers have had to admit that after centuries of discussion they are unable to tell a person how to be happy. I've had philosophy classes, the instructors were typically unhappy or crazy, if not overbearing bastards..... I salvaged what I could get from it all, the ability to reason, to recognize a bad argument, to recognize a person with bad thinking processes, typically it's an inability to examine their assumptions, sometimes just faulty logic, really often they are know-it-alls.....

Regarding all the clowns that want me to be unhappy because others are unhappy, where is the logic in that? Some kid is working for 50 cents a day somewhere to make my Nike's, so I should boycott Nike and put the kid out of work? Black people are rioting and hate whitey because of shit that happened generations ago, that I did not do? I'll happily ignore them to the extent possible until it comes down to actual warfare, I'm pretty good at that, I might stop ignoring them at that point if it would make me more happy to do so :)

I'm starting thinking of dividing people into two categories, those that want and allow me to be visibly, overtly happy and all the rest.. currently you are in with all the rest

The key phrase, "I think" is indicative of the cognitive dissonance that is manifest in your thought process. Any good trading ideas? I'm eager to learn from a good trader like you..

I agree that a man can not take on world's problems

and if you recall the point of this thread is not to change our ways, but to simple acknowledge our flaws, and we are all flawed, thus its hard to preach when guilt is widespread. The alternative is to ignore and be ignorant

BTW funny thing about ignorance is that it actually works

the problem however is, it doesn't last, if you are ignorant, sooner or later, those others will screw you big time
