AS the royal navy was in the area- with deep sea diving gear- a shame putin didnt allow it- could of saved 120 russian men-120 men wasted lives with kids/families
 
Putin didn`t allow it because it was classified.no one should know what`s in there.He didn`t know at that time who were his allies and wanted to sell the submarine to chinese.Americans didn`t want chinese to find out such technologies,and submerged Kursk.Putin was young and immature as a politician at that time.
