Edit, I have to modify inject medications, we do have to do that, and so do MD's if fact, I just recently assisted an MD in doing that to a patients, shoulder. She need a cortisone shot directly into the joint of her shoulder.

That cortisone shot is magic. One shot makes my grandmother's arm work for at least 2 years. One shot lets my dad walk for about a year without pain. One shot fixed a weird problem I developed called "trigger thumb" (thumb would pop out of joint in the middle of the night with a loud snap and incredible pain).
Cortisone = Magic.
Anyway, you don't seem to be worried about becoming a doctor so I might be able to assume that you are content in your RN position, making good money etc and don't need or want to become an MD.
So why are you raging towards Lucrum about being a business jet pilot instead of a 747 Captain etc? He is content in his position, making good money etc and doesn't want to put on the monkey suit and fly scheduled service.

You have somebody's life in your hands sometimes as part of your duties. Lucrum has up to 15 or so souls in his hands as part of his duties. If you fuck up somebody can die. If Lucrum fucks up his passengers and people on the ground can die. I don't see how you can completely denigrate his work.
