Princeton, Maine is only a few miles from the Canadian border.

I am guessing that that raccoon is most likely an illegal. A lot of those raccoons just cross the border where-ever and whenever they want.

"Acting funny in the outhouse" is sort of a giveaway that he is Canadian.
