At the end of the day, all FCM'S run risk on some portion of clients trades that is how they all make the majority of their money, whether they have a dealing desk or not, it really doesn't matter. Even software such as currenex, etc, allows a firm to choose which trades it offsets and which trades it runs risk on, ("bucketing") if you will.
