After hearing about CPSL'S 6.75 institutional stock sale, I heard about this company. No institutional ownership as of yet. Its is seeing 3rd quarter revenue doubling, representing an increase of approximately 539% to 624% from the third quarter of 2006.
 
You have to look till end of year. Once when institutions get on bandwagon then it will really go. Chinese steel is big business. Mittal just bought a steel company in china and who knows whos next. Only a small float out there so you should grab it. Good for a five point pop.
