Can you tell me what amount is reported under CRS/FATCA standard under "Gross proceeds" section:
Is it gross amount of interests+dividends OR gross amount of sales of all assets (stocks, options, warrants, futures, etfs, etns, foreign exchange, mutual funds...)?
