What happens to GRMN if Tom Tom buys Tele Atlas???? Are they doomed and are they committed to a bidding war?

OK, Now it is kind of confusing to me. First it gaped down from 120, because market was concern about the Tele atlas offer and if the bid is the right amount or not. Now that the deal is evidently not going through. it is still going down and they are saying : ummmm.. they might have lost a good deal....
