Greenspan said China can't sell Treasuries

China used the debt markets to keep rates cheap and subsidize exports.....now that China is stuffed with dollars...they can afford to threaten to sell treasuries to defend thier currency policy...

this is what happens when the US sells its soul to a foreign power and in turn becomes an economic colony of Asia

Dumping of treasuries (and subsequent conversion into Yuan) should decrease the value of USD, not increase it (since it would result in selling dollars). I doubt that large-scale liquidation of these holdings by any party would be viewed as a positive event for the USD.
