Looking to get into some green energy equities. Mostly looking at solar. Better to pick individuals or go with solar ETF's to diversify?

Any reccomendations on a good solar ETF?

Looking to get in it in May when we see the downside potential for this market

why only solar? all the hybrid / electrical cars + wind energy is not heavily solar based.

My green play is pbw, have been gradually adding to it in my ira. This is a 5-10 year horizon play.
