I also was always paid on time.... until I asked for my bank. If you are happy with them then good luck to you. I can only speak to my own situation with them. I'd like to let people know how they treat former traders should you ever decide to go in another direction. I would have appreciated a heads-up on what to expect as I was considering quitting. If you stay there forever then I guess you have no problem. But ask yourself if you are 100% confident they will pay you what you are due should you ever decide to leave. In my case I didn't receive one dime.
