Greatest woman leader in history?

As we flirt with the idea of the first female US President, I started noodling about what kind of woman this would be. Would she need to be a genius? Assertive but not manly? Kind-hearted or a bitch? Physically beautiful? All of the above? She will have to go nose to nose with Xi, Putin, and Muslim leaders who are offended by her very presence.

I looked to the history books for the world’s greatest female leaders. Who were the greatest female leaders in history? My current list is as follows; what do you think?

1. Elizabeth the 1st
2. Indira Ghandi
3. Margaret Thatcher
4. Cleopatra
5. Kim Kardashian
6. Katharine the Great
7. Mother Theresa
8. Hillary Clinton
9. Elizabeth Warren
10. Geraldine Ferraro

What is your definition of leader with respect to President because you have women on that list that never served in the highest office.
