Hope this isn't a repost but is basically shows the mortgage mess won't start to subside until the start of 2009.

There are too many parasites in the system, that is a lot of people making a living without putting anything into the economy and the economy will clean them out in due time. Parasites = mortgage brokers and real estate agents
