Oil is setting up for another run....

Yes, even with the "OVER-STOCK OF OIL IN THE WORLD".

This may come as a surprise to you but the OIH ( and in general the entire oil stock complex ) has been surging since April 1st and recently took out the early January highs.

Fundamental analysis is completely arbitrary. The chart (unfiltered, organic, unvarnished) never lies.
