Grand Jury Decision reached - Let the riots begin

The handoff was done to get a better grip on the car to try and free his other arm. No human is going to attack someone with a box in one hand and then in the middle of the fight, turn to your buddy and say here, hold these while I'll beat this pig into the ground. That's the unbelievable part. And of course the rest of the story sounds like bullshit.

You just need to get over the fact that the man was not indicted. Sounds like you're having issues with accepting the fact that a jury of his peers found no reason to prosecute. Facts being pesky things that they are.

The above was my only post on the matter and without any personal opinion. It's clear Tao is still bothered that he can be called out any time on any topic. It's not my fault you're dumb.

In the future, television and movies are going to have a person at the bottom of the screen to help the republican mind understand what is going on.

Why Officer Darren Wilson wasn't indicted
A cop may use lethal force when he or she “reasonably believes that the action is in defense of human life, including the officer's own life” and in the Ferguson incident, that’s precisely what happened

"The grand jury in Ferguson (Mo.) has spoken, and there will be no criminal prosecution pursued against Officer Darren Wilson. The decision, outlined in detail tonight by St. Louis county prosecutor Robert McCullough, comes about three and a half months after the officer-involved shooting of Michael Brown which sparked weeks of violent protest on the streets there and elsewhere, and a torrent of anti-cop fervor online.

Police officers, legal experts, and people who actually work in the law enforcement profession had expected no charges to be filed, and McCullough spelled out clearly the rationale for the grand jury's decision — citing several times the inconsistent and contradictory statements made by many witnesses. But despite the rationale, the question from the general public will invariably be: “Why wasn’t Officer Wilson indicted?”

The short answer is: Because he shouldn’t have been indicted."

This is pretty much what I said when describing the Use of Force continuum.

It's rather amusing when the one guy in the room who everyone thinks is dumb is calling someone dumb. :) I know I get a giggle out of it.

I'm guessing that Obama and Holder will make a new law that would forbid any white cop from using deadly force against any black person, regardless of circumstances.

They will point out all the money that could have been saved in the Ferguson incident because of the rioting.

What's to stop 'em?
The republicans?...LMAO.

Obama makes up any other law he wants.
