Most likely they want the innocents off the street. Isn't going to be anyone out there "protesting" other than thugs and the professional anarchist types, and it won't slow down until the police replace the rubber with lead.

Its a lot of pressure on a few people. They may just say, "hell, lets indict for manslaughter and let the court figure it out". This thing has dragged on too long for them to come out now say "no indictment".

The grand jury decision will be announced at 9pm EST according to CNN.
They need to announce it in the morning when these guys are at work....oh wait a minute.
They usually get Thanksgiving week off. And the week before. And after. And the whole month, plus the last few and the next few.
It will be interesting to see how people behave. But 9:00 pm gives them plenty of time to get drunk and rowdy.
