after the 1987 market crash the fed came out with there own rules of when they [the fed] should intervene.

in fact its somewhere in elites files on the law the fed wrote.

nothing new. Markets have been manipulated since their invention. Can't deal with greed and fear and unlimited opportunity to accumulate wealth then expect paricipants to act like pious monks. Who is the "govt" anyway? The govt. is no more than a collection of elite members of any society who want order to protect their interests.
