Picked up 2 more ES APR 1850 puts. Sticking to my plan, this is the start of the fade zone. If I'm wrong I'm wrong, and it's not like the entire account is being wagered on it. I wouldn't be surprised to see a bit more bag transferring going around between now and FOMC. Hopefully not 6 months of it (like last year) though.
IWM now up almost 16% from Feb 11th lows...A bigger percentage move than we saw for the entire rally off the Aug/Sep lows to IWM's highs around 120 in December...bigger move than the initial squeeze in Oct 2014...No doubt that it was very oversold, but it appears that this mega-bounce in the high yield index just created an algo fueled relentless squeeze in small cap's.
That's quite a powerful move higher...another sector extremely strong has been the semiconductors..

Oil up huge today even though there is a glut....this is all algorithms going crazy just buying it up.....as the consumer was just getting used to paying low energy bills they will now start seeing an increase soon ...funny thing is that every economist thought lower energy prices would boost consumer spending and that never happened so seeing energy prices spike now and thinking if this is a turnaround and prices start to spike the consumer could start cutting back to pay for these higher energy prices moving forward....
