It's a problem for stock markets and traders of any type when a President possibly in a Covid fog can tweet out in the middle of a trading day like this with complete disregard of the impact. So many issues including the possibility of insider trading. The Republican party look like complete chumps as well when their supposed party policy gets released on Twitter.

The perfect video analogy is this...

The economy is doing the best it can with what it has. It is the optimism and hope that we will get through it, and will have a "fun summer." We're trying really hard.

But then we get the creepy Trump slasher dude stalking us, and then send out a very bad tweet, and becomes the slasher killer of all fun and optimism.

He did it in May 2019, he did it in Aug 2019, and he just did it again today. The guy is a menace to society.

He's the guy under your car, and under your canoe, ready to kill your pet bull.

Heed it. If he gets re-elected, we ain't seen nothing yet...

 
Ok, so Trump got surprised by the market reaction and tried to backtrack within hours didn't even wait a few days. The man has the attention span of a 4 year old. It's clear he's unfit for office.
