Last hour apple carried entire market higher. To be honest i believe 5% of the gains in apple was because of the 4 for 1 stock split everyone is so hyped about. If amazon announced a 10 for 1 stock split last night the stock would have probably gain $400+
 
I believe today could have been a market capitalization gain record for a single day with Apple adding $170,000,000,000 ...think amazon might have held that record.

$170,000,000,000 in one day. Do you have any idea the amount of companies that can fit alone in their one day market capitalization gain......

I was thinking that. Maybe less volatility since apple is heavily weighted within that index. Should be interesting. Back in the day most companies would split their stock around 100 or so. Today the higher the stock price the cooler you are. Splits are so old school especially so 90s dot com collapse era.
 
Never let your guard down in a rigged market because it's just a matter of time until the improbable happens.
