ECB boosts emergency stimulus by $676 billion


  • The European Central Bank increased its Pandemic Emergency Purchase programme by a further 600 billion euros ($676 billion) on Wednesday.
  • Markets were largely expecting a 500 billion euros ($563 billion) increase.
  • The new package takes the ECB's total announced monetary stimulus to 1.35 trillion euros ($1.52 trillion).
  • ECB also extended its horizon for net purchases until at least June 2021.

Today job numbers are due out for May, but have zero zero zero worries as these numbers will mean ABSOLUTELY nothing for the markets. In fact markets will ignore the numbers and trade higher just because. Just because of the disconnect from the economy and wallstreet it doesn't matter what any economic number represents any more and that goes for one of the biggest economic numbers like the jobs number this morning. So no worries as the numbers can be anything and markets will be green as a 4th leaf clover!!!!
 
Skyrocketing futures. Wallstreet only knows one way. After the job numbers this morning futures to skyrocket even higher. 500+ on the dow is very possible. New highs in june!!!

Yep after today it should be up about 5% for the week, which is ludacris...My other trading accounts i have added more short etfs. Still holding onto some longs, but very close to liquidating 1 trading account and going entirely cash, I'm about $500 away...
 
I don't talk politics often but damn if this market climbs to the sky and breaks out to historical highs into the summer and fall and job numbers drop month over month into November, trump will automatically win presidency again.
