The RSI is at Ludacris levels that markets rarely see, it only reaches this levels 1% of the time so the technicians think that this is a continuous repeat of history and that the past always means it has to happen again...so even though the markets are up over 300% he says the markets are do for another 130% ramp up....so just keep buying...there will be no dips at all..just straight up!!!!
