- Congress needs to pass a spending bill by the end of Friday to avoid a shutdown.
- Talks over an immigration bill — which Democrats want to pass this week — have complicated efforts to keep the government open.
Seeing the Dow up +26 point makes it feel like a crisis is here .....so not used to it......and seeing the Nasdaq down 17 is like unimaginable...anyway they will rally everything back higher near the close...huge buying opportunity!!!
