Hahaha....

If I was a company looking to make a huge buyout I would wait extremely patiently with a huge cash pile to start buying companies after they have lost a 1/3 or 1/2 of their value in the next bear market!!
 
This is looking interesting, higher highs in the index, AD line lagging. This is daily, would mean more on monthly.

Up till now, the internals were in sync with the index, these are just clues to whats going on behind the scenes. Does not mean we're going to crash.
 
I remember looking at the AD line on a monthly, with a moving average overlay back in 2000. I was using Aspen graphics charting. It was so obvious the internal structure was built on toothpicks. It took months for it to play out but eventually, it did come tumbling down.
