Did you watch the piece on bloomberg today with the guy from citron trying to defend his claim? Seemed like a really weak argument, all of a sudden VRX goes from being the next Enron, to well we didnt really mean that. I fully expect Ackman to get on CNBC in the coming days and start boosting the price of VRX, look at some of the moves he caused in HLF when he was short it.

the same fax number belonging to two companies...companies that claim to be separate entities...screams like sloppy fraud and with feds already snooping in valeant's business this is only the beginning of the end
