Gotta love ZERO RISK in the SP500 = $$$

Daily close below 1992 SPX and more downside likely.

Another one to watch is AAPL, it's sitting right on 20MMA (108), the way I measure trend cycles it's uptrend is now over, just a matter of time before it hits new lows. Basically, it's unlikely to breach it's ATH before we see continuation of downtrend in AAPL. And of course once AAPL starts declining so would Nasdaq.

apple has been worthless in this last huge 1000 point gap up on the dow in the last 2 weeks, you would think it would be at least $115 a share....I think the take on that is earnings, this stock is not going to move until then.....I think apple will have some of the iphone 6s in these earnings so I think it should be ok, but you never know...with apple earnings everything has to be perfect....one little flaw and the stock is dropping right below $100

Gold up $20 to nearly 1200 an ounce....thats a telling sign....just a few months ago many were calling for 1000 or less....wonder if the gold bugs are going to come back....I remember I knew the height of gold was here when I saw kiosks in the mall that read we buy gold....that was the top AS USUALLLLLLL

I will daytrade SPY options somewhat frequently...ES futures options can be a real pain at times since even the front month will spread out wide when the market volatility upticks...and that can be dangerous when trying to close out a spread and you are exposed on the other side...

I think SPY is the best choice overall, IMO

Yeah that is a good point. I have done the ES, but I haven't ever tried doing any spreads on SPX, so I didn't know how it was relative to the SPY. I guess if i can get a better fill through SPY, then that will negate the difference in commissions.
