It's all up from here, but now for the end of year ramp. Just like last year. Same thing over and over. Are the futures up overnight, well that's a stupid question. Ramp up flatline during US session. This will be the pattern for the remainder of 2015.

This rally was predictable going into fridays close that monday morning was going to be up, now closing in on a 200+ point gain!!
