As we near this of the session...wall street has staged an impressive come back, but not enough to raise interest rates.

Yes, the pundits will be gleeful about the market rally and then "turn serious" about the "headwinds", "concerns about China", "slowing growth"...Fed needs to "remain patient"

Again Dow dropped below 100 and zoomed to +150 in a few mins.....they are trying to keep it up....im.sure by close they will have it up 200+ points
