So what? Can't he buy a boat if he wants to, and an island along with it, to sail to? And an airline so he can fly to it after he builds his own international airport on it?

Welp, as mentioned in a post a week or so back, atm the mkt is as strong as an ox, it won't lie down and die, like a cockroach, stomp on it and it gets back up again.
Me thinks it'll roll over slowly then jerk back up again, imagine Frankenstein emerging from a coffin.
I don't know how big a down move.
