Senators have reached a bipartisan compromise deal that they believe will allow Congress to pass a short-term funding bill and end the government shutdown.
If it gets passed and signed, the funding legislation means that federal agencies will no longer be forced to shut their doors, and to furlough non-essential workers. U.S. government funding lapsed at the end of Friday.

Looks like the Dow will be up 2000 points in January alone. Nothing unusual about that, its the new normal. ES flag was a winner. Everyone is a winner who goes long.
