If they don't the fed is making a huge mistake...rates should becat 3-4% by now not 0%
 
Big bet in TLT that says fed is not going to raise. Someone or something bought a huge amount of options the last 6 minutes. That could be a clue

The micro-crash left quite a vacuum to be filled...The Russell 2000 has rallied more than the other indicies, but it was the leader on the way down and it's pretty close to that major resistance while SPY probably still has another 40 points to get there...
 
Wall Street gave 30% chance of rate hike today, 90% in January, general consensus is that they shouldn't as market hasn't priced in hike yet.
