GOP voter ID law gets crushed

Bam, the conservative/plutocratic agenda hits a snag.

Conservatism truly is a mental disorder.
Now democrats can continue with their voter fraud.

Let me get this straight though. Blacks can stand in line for days waiting for a pair of Air Jordan tennis shoes to be released, paying hundreds of dollars, but it's so hard for them to get a state ID? Get the fuck out of here.
Because all "blacks" want those tennis shoes, and all "blacks" want to vote?

Interesting post. Obama tries to use the same justification for his arrogation of legislative power.

The short answer is that we have a Constitution, and it specifies what each Branch can do. Legislating is expressly limited to the Legislative branch. There are no exceptions for cases where some federal judge really truly believes his personal policy is superior to the one enacted by the congress or not enacted. Failure to pass a law is also a legislative act, entitled to respect by the other Branches. Not with this crowd however, but listen to them squeal when one of their pet laws, like the unconstitutional Voting Rights Act, gets trimmed.

So, in other words, the entire government should grind to a halt just because Republicans hate Obama?

Mental disorder indeed.

"Blacks" have killed for those sneakers (not tennis shoes). How many "blacks" would kill for the opportunity to vote?

To be fair there is a whole generation of blacks who marched for the right to vote. Several of these were killed, many were injured.

Many blacks who participated in this civil rights struggle are aghast at what the current generation of younger blacks represent and their poor values & choices.

Not having your favorite policies enacted is not having the government "grind to a halt."

You and Obama seem very confused about our system of government. The Constitution is not a set of suggestions. Obama is not a king or dictator. We have gridlock from time to time. Every republican president had to deal with it.
