middle class tax cuts and spending cuts should happen immediately.
corp tax cuts too if he can show the jobs will happen and the money will be repatriated.

Trump needs to be very careful here. Ryan's big idea is to cut popular tax breaks that largely benefit republican voters. There are many moving parts and the republican establishment's interests do not align with those of Trump voters.

I think it's a setup. Trumps agenda relies on boom times. Economy is number#1. Trump can squeeze through the rest and keep everyone happy. Without, this thing tanks quick. Taxes before tariffs etc. Ryan knows.
