Dude, when you copy pasted that bullshit, you should have also noted that the turnout was less than 10% and the seat fell empty because the Dem was caught in a scandal - and there is another election in November again for that seat. But don't let facts bother you as a Trump University graduate.
If you read the article, you'd see there is not an election for that seat in November. Flores gets to serve out the full term until 2021 as per the article.
