GOP Abandons Conservatives

Quote from C Robinson:

gee pabst.........if i knew the source i would definitely give credit. sorry i didn't know we were adhering to journalistic standards in the chit chat section.... can you please forgive me.

of course i didn't come up with this.........not even endorsing it....but i am an ex-republican that is fed up with this "new" conservatism. and pssssssssssssst, i even censored part of it. just found it to be entertaining and thought i might share it with the other members.

if you go through the majority of my previous post i have always tried to credit/link all sources when possible.

Didn't mean to beat up on you so meanly CR. It's just that you've let your opposition to the war overtake the benefit that Republicanism provides. I feel the pain of all my fellow libertarians on this board. I wish so badly this terror could be eliminated so we can go back to working out issues at home.

Don't stone me...but.....

I have never noticed any difference in the country when either the democrats or republicans were in power. The economy? It always sucked and it is always going to suck. It is up to us to make the best out of this universal suckiness.

well to be honest i wasn't thrilled with the "from another idiot" comment.

i gave up on republicans a long time ago....i've been independent for over a decade now. i think the only republican that i could feel good voting for now is Ron Paul, but they will never let him rise above his current position.
