Gooooooogle

hello everyone,

I bought some put and call contracts yesterday.

So my question to hajimow and IV_Trader is , what's the price target would you close the put/short position?

I will cover it at $350 and look for another short opportunity. Now it is 367 after it went below 357. Some traders are covering it now and some are seeing GOOG as buy now that I believe it is not a good trade. I expect GOOG to hit $300 in a month. Tomorrow we will have a dozen of downgrade.
I see $5 earning per share for next year and P/E of 60 will make GOGG a $300 stock.
 
Gotta love that Naz halt about 15 seconds after the erns news hit the wire. Did anyone get a bust, or did they stick to the official (late) halt time?
 
god blessd them steve but hard to belive anyone got anything in 6 seconds. go look the tape. i had the trigger ready and it was 6 seconds. i shorted ont he reopen at 368 and made 13 pts then went long. made 4k or soi ah.if they did i'm sure they bust the trades
 
They stuck to the halt time I guess because they didnt break their trades.

it was very hard to get any size--i got 13 shares thats right 13 shares lol---and thats with offering down 1000 shares to 410 right when i heard the numbers over the sqawk ..mazel mazel to anyone that could get anysize off--nothin like a 40 point chop to end the day--
 
I heard the traders who trade earnings where I work offered down 30 pts right after the earnings were released and got off 4k no problem.

Wish I had the stones to make those kinds of trades.

there u go then--i was offering around 25 points down--kudos to them for getting that size off--not a bad way to end the month
 
Most of big houses don't trade AH. Tomorrow they will come and will ask for their chunk of profit from GOOG. We will have many forced to sell margin calls too. I expect to see $340 tomorrow and in a month to hit $300.
We have to see at least 10 downgrades tomorrow.
