Google "Cached" folder

One of my threads have been deleted but it is still appearing in google search results in "cached" folder. How to remove information from google cached folder? This thread has some sensitive information.

Google provides useful search information but sometimes google becomes a headache.
 
I agree with Pekelo, it's impossible unless you own the company. I remember reading an article before that says that even e-mails that has been deleted would still be in the cached folder and would be there for a long time or maybe forever.
