Forgot to mention. Even though I may be looking to buy puts in the near future, I still think GOOG is going to the moon ie 300.

Around 180 I realized that there was no stopping this puppy. I've been telling my dad to buy options for a long long time but he never listened. His loss.

Why, has buying options been like minting money? didn't you have to get the timing right, and they are not all that cheap. The stock has been a good buy and hold ,as fortold by the master. Boo Ya.
 
lol yes I do, and 250K isnt alot of money. From where Im standing, google is in a strong uptrend. I personally think people should hold until earnings. And maybe a few days before yahoo earnings, decide if they want to hold on to goog. If google disappoints or a combination ofgoogle and yahoo disappointment, it could mean 40% cut.

I think Cramer's take was that the average PE of both Yahoo and Ebay was a multiple 63 x earnings.

If Google earns the expected $5 per share then do the math and you have a stock trading at $315.

This is a very basic method to establish a price for the stock. There have to be a ton of hedge funds trading this stock. They may exit once it levels out above $300???

With 10,000,000 average daily volume on a $250/share stock this ain't daytraders trading their 100 shares, LOL This is very serious buying.

Fun to watch.
