Good time to buy Japan REITs?

Japan housing price was once extremely crazy, a house used to take more than one generation income to buy. It is still so cheap now but Japan housing price has little raise after Yen has dropped a lot recently.

I would like to know the cost of buying Japan REITs since directly buying a house/apartment in Japan would have much more cost and tax, and it is another cost to let someone/company manages the rent stuff. I know there is a cost for getting interest from Japan REITs.

Any idea and experience to share?

REITs are not my thing so I'm just guessing that you're asking for the price of the listed trust.
The TSE REIT closed today at 1928 yen. The code is 1343.

I know how to find the price, but I want to know all the cost include tax.

I don't live in Japan now. I want to know the tax cost. I know there is dividend tax but don't know the %, may be there is profit tax too.

Well, it depends also on your own country of residence, whether there are withheld taxes, tax treaties and the like with Japan. Dividend tax is 20% I think. Take a look here.
