Style? No they aren't. Unless by "style" you're referring to automatic firing rate, because that's the only thing that is "illegal" (requires a special procedure to complete to own).

Right, you don't want to define what you mean by that, so it's a stupid argument. But they're not illegal in any case. Difficult to obtain through a variety of ATF regulations, but not illegal.
