Good read: A Russia expert's theory of the Trump Scandal

YES!!! That's one piece of it. I looked for the complete interview on infowars, but for some reason it wasn't there.
Say XYZ CRE acquisition company had a CRE property under contract to purchase and needed an equity partner to close. XYZ went to market to procure an equity partner. Prevezon offered XYZ a good deal on business terms for the equity piece. XYZ accepted and the closed the deal.

Please explain if and how XYZ did anything wrong or illegal.

I have an idea! Maybe you should volunteer to be Trump's real estate consultant.

I did a google search on CRE and it came up "cream cheese icing" , so you really do seem to know a lot about this Commercial Real Estate business stuff, I mean depreciation and all that. So I think you'd be bang-up as a Trump consultant. I'll write a letter recommending you, if that will help.
Where is my letter? :)

So you have no idea what I am referring to.

Have you ever heard of depreciation?

How about component depreciation?

Are you familiar with 1031 exchanges?

Do you know what NOLs are?

All completely legal.

You're asking an academic real world business operating questions? Best of luck with his answering them.

That's a good one. Ha ha ha, your thinking legitimate deal.

how would piercing the corporate veil - a theory used in civil proceedings to create liability for an individual in addition to the corporation or llc... be relevant and entertaining to mueller?

:D

P.S. Have you ever heard the expression "piercing the corporate veil"?
a Google search of this expression might prove enlightening, and entertaining too.
